Burlington Times-News - HEALTH AND FITNESS Childbirth Mom's Express Club, a forum for breastfeeding mothers to share their stories, questions, challenges and triumphs, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. the first and third Thursday of each month in the Grand Oaks Center on the campus of Alamance Regional. An international certified lactation consult-ant/RN will facilitate the sessions. Babies and their young "forum friendly" siblings are welcome. Next meeting is July 21.
